Child & Family Worker – Safeguarding & Family Support

West Sussex County Council is looking for a Child and Family Worker to support Social Workers in delivering interventions to children and families in need. Successful candidates will engage with children and families to provide tailored support, focusing on positive change.

The role requires strong communication skills and relevant qualifications, including GCSEs in English and Maths and a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare. This is a full-time position based in Crawley Library with a salary ranging from £29,540 to £32,061 plus an allowance.
