Interim Senior Legal Counsel

Immediate opportunity for a Senior Legal Counsel to join a PE-backed luxury services business on an initial contract through to end of January 2027. FTC basis, hybrid working (3/2 split). Salary

c£120-130k base.

This role is to support the General Counsel with a peak in workload across their Group legal function including:

• commercial contract drafting and negotiation
• advising on privacy matters
• providing advice on advertising and marketing
• corporate transactional support
• instructing external counsel when required

To be considered for this role you will be an experienced corp/comm lawyer, preferably within a consumer facing business. A confident, pragmatic and proactive approach is key coupled with strong technical knowledge.
