Overview

Team Coordinator£50,000 – £60,000 + BenefitsWest End, London – Hybrid Working

We’re working with a highly regarded boutique executive search firm with offices in London and New York. Specialising in senior-level appointments across financial services and fintech, they partner with some of the most innovative and influential organisations in the market.

They are looking for a Team Coordinator to join their London office and become a key part of a collaborative and high-performing team.

This is a role for someone who loves keeping things organised, enjoys variety, and takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Supporting a team of consultants, you’ll play a central role in coordinating schedules, managing logistics, welcoming clients and candidates, and helping create a seamless office experience.

No two days are the same, but responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Managing busy and ever-changing diaries
  • Organising meetings, conference rooms, and off-site events
  • Proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Maintaining CRM records, including logging external meetings and updating contact information
  • Tracking business development activity and supporting the wider team with administrative coordination
  • Arranging lunches and refreshments for client and candidate meetings
  • Processing expenses and managing receipt submissions
  • Welcoming guests and ensuring a professional and positive visitor experience
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the office, including meeting room management, supplies, catering, and general office coordination

About You / Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in an administrative, coordination, or team support role
  • Degree Educated
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience within executive search, consulting, professional services, financial services, or another corporate environment is highly desirable
  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and changing demands
  • Professional, personable, and confident interacting with individuals at all levels, including senior executives and C-suite stakeholders
  • A natural problem solver who enjoys being the person people rely on
  • Interested in technology and AI tools that can help improve efficiency and ways of working
