H&C Solutions offers an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a high‑end Italian restaurant located in Mayfair. The kitchen is a close‑knit brigade of five chefs serving 50‑60 guests at lunch and up to 150 at dinner, Monday through Saturday. The role requires a creative, reliable chef who thrives in a fast‑paced, quality‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and execute authentic Italian dishes in line with the restaurant’s award‑winning menu. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene. Collaborate closely with the brigade to manage service flow and support the Sous Chef as needed.

Requirements
