Logistics Co-ordinator

SF Partners are supporting a Wolverhampton (WV10) based business in recruiting a Logistics Co-ordinator on an initial 3 month basis but for potentially longer. Working pattern: site based full time. Pay rate: £14-£16 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional shipments.
• Manage high‑volume order movements and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Process logistics transactions and maintain accurate records within SAP.
• Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse teams.
• Prepare and review export documentation.
• Monitor shipments and resolve any delivery or customs‑related issues.
• Ensure compliance with customs, transport, and company procedures.
• Support bonded warehouse operations where required.

Requirements

Essential

• Recent working knowledge of SAP.
• Experience within a busy logistics, supply chain, or export environment.
• Strong understanding of Incoterms (INCO Terms).
• Experience coordinating high‑volume regional order movements.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
