About Your Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, we are recruiting a Permanent Property Manager based in Edinburgh. You will be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries and complaints related to the customer and the property, ensuring the highest level of service to both internal and external clients.

This position offers hybrid working after an initial training period. A basic DBS check is mandatory.

About You

  • Customer service experience
  • Proven track record of dealing with stakeholders
  • Expertise with IT packages, especially MS Office
  • Good communication skills
