Langold – Site Manager (8 Weeks)
Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced (Housing) Site Manager to join a timber frame development in Langold.
This position is to provide site cover for approximately 8 weeks from early June, with the client looking to bring someone in as soon as possible to allow for a full handover period.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations
- Managing subcontractors and site activities
- Maintaining health & safety standards on site
- Coordinating crane lifts and associated site activities
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
- Liaising with the project team and reporting progress
Requirements
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
- Scaffold Inspection (System Scaffold) certification
- Timber frame experience is essential
- Experience managing crane lifts
