Overview

We have a new and exciting opportunity for an electromechanical engineer for a company based in Ipswich, Suffolk. The role offers an excellent salary with overtime and other salary enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Repair, service and overhaul of pumps, gear boxes, fan units, electric motors and other equipment.
• Preparing equipment for evaluation/quotation.
• Carry out all required repairs and testing.
• Travel to and from sites as required.
• Being on call as part of a rota system.

Qualifications

• Skilled engineer with experience in mechanical and electrical engineering.
• Electrical experience essential; training can be provided.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
