About the Role
We are looking for experienced Residential Workers or Youth Workers, or individuals with no prior experience, to join our team as a Bank Support Worker in a child’s home. The role offers flexible hours and a supportive environment for career growth.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with children and young people in care, building positive relationships and safeguarding them.
- Support a variety of children, some requiring high levels of supervision.
- Assist with their daily care, activities, hobbies, and educational pursuits.
- Create timetables, set boundaries and expectations, and maintain consistency and organization.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum age 22 years to meet Ofsted regulations.
- Caring, compassionate and able to build positive relationships.
- Valid manual driving licence.
- Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Previous experience not essential; comprehensive induction and ongoing training provided.
