Mobile Estates Cleaning Operative – Haringey

Join a well‑established property services team to deliver professional cleaning across multiple estate sites in the Haringey catchment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain communal estate areas – mopping, sweeping, sanitising, hoovering, etc.
• Work across multiple sites each day within the Haringey area and surrounding communities.
• Adhere to the scheduled shift of 08:00–16:00, Monday to Friday, including a 30‑minute break.
• Begin duties promptly upon start date.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence (manual only).
• Minimum one year of experience in the cleaning industry.
• Must be able to store the company van at home in a safe space.
• Adaptability to a temporary‑to‑permanent contract structure.

Working Conditions

• Company van and fuel card supplied.
• Uniform provided.
• Hourly rate of £14.24 with weekly payment.
• Temporary contract of thirteen weeks leading to a permanent position.
