Key Responsibilities
- Filling niche and technical roles into our key clients UK based clients within your specialist sector
- Understand detailed and technically challenging job specifications
- Quickly build credibility with senior stakeholders, hiring managers, and technical candidates
- Deliver high-quality recruitment solutions across multiple disciplines
Additional BD (360) Business Development Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships with both existing clients and new business prospects
- Proactively engage with clients and candidates via phone, networking, and relationship‑led business development
Candidate Profile
- Prior recruitment experience in 180 or 360 capacity, ideally within an agency environment
- Technical recruitment experience, relevant to one or more of our key sectors
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and picking up the phone
- Able to generate enthusiasm and create strong engagement with clients and candidates
- Commercially aware, proactive, and relationship‑driven
- Comfortable working on complex technical assignments and recruitment projects
