Key Responsibilities

• Filling niche and technical roles into our key clients UK based clients within your specialist sector
• Understand detailed and technically challenging job specifications
• Quickly build credibility with senior stakeholders, hiring managers, and technical candidates
• Deliver high-quality recruitment solutions across multiple disciplines

Additional BD (360) Business Development Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with both existing clients and new business prospects
• Proactively engage with clients and candidates via phone, networking, and relationship‑led business development

Candidate Profile

• Prior recruitment experience in 180 or 360 capacity, ideally within an agency environment
• Technical recruitment experience, relevant to one or more of our key sectors
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and picking up the phone
• Able to generate enthusiasm and create strong engagement with clients and candidates
• Commercially aware, proactive, and relationship‑driven
• Comfortable working on complex technical assignments and recruitment projects
