Day to day
- Cold outreach to Executives – promoting senior roles.
- LinkedIn networking – building an online presence and relationships with industry leaders.
- Client meetings – understand their strategic goals and company culture.
- Market mapping – staying constantly informed on demand and movement.

- Eager to learn about people, the market and anything that will make you an expert in your field.
- Excellent telephone manner, confidence in what you’re putting across.
- Extremely organised.
- Self‑motivated, proactive in your work.
- Adaptable in a dynamic environment.
