Impact-Driven Part-Time Charity Shop Assistant Manager

Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People is seeking a dedicated Assistant Shop Manager to support our Blaby Charity Shop. In this role, you’ll help manage shop operations to achieve income and profit goals, while also ensuring excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have retail experience and strong customer service skills, along with the ability to recruit and motivate volunteers. The position offers 15 hours per week with various benefits including 27 days holiday and a contributory pension scheme.
