Cambridge Accommodation Services is based in Cambridge and supports tenants with learning disabilities in a Supported Living setting. The Support Worker works as part of a team to support and empower adults with a learning disability, enhancing the quality of life, maximising potential and developing independence skills within their home and the community.

Responsibilities
You will report to Lead Support Workers to ensure the service meets CQC requirements and that information within the service is accurate, up to date and reviewed. This includes care plans, medication management and recording, health action plans, hospital passports, safeguarding and accident and incident reports. You will liaise with health professionals, ensuring MCA guidance is integrated into decision‑making. The post is 35 hours per week with a rolling 4‑week rota. Shifts run between 07‑00 and 22:00, including bank holidays and weekends, with additional enhancements paid. The starting pay is £13.36 per hour (£19.89 Saturday hours, £23.20 Sunday hours, £26.52 bank holidays). You will complete a comprehensive training programme and benefit from excellent career development opportunities.
