Position

• Carry out maintenance, servicing, fault‑finding and repairs on a range of air‑conditioning systems including VRV/VRF, split units, chillers, AHUs, humidifiers and dehumidifiers.
• Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks across domestic and commercial buildings to a high standard.
• Conduct inspections and ensure all required documentation, job sheets and certifications are completed accurately and on time.
• Liaise effectively with colleagues and contractors to support smooth delivery of works and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain commercial awareness by sourcing required materials efficiently and following company procedures.

Requirements

A current F gas category 1 certificate

NVQ level 2 in AC

Previous experience in same or similar role

Experience carrying out trade‑related maintenance, installation and fault finds

Experience of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works/tasks completed within KPIs
