Your Responsibilities (Full Spec Available)

• Design, develop and optimise high-performance trading systems operating in latency-sensitive environments
• Write efficient, production‑grade code focused on minimising latency, maximising throughput and ensuring reliability under demanding market conditions
• Collaborate with traders, researchers and engineers to deliver technology that drives investment and trading decisions
• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies, machine learning techniques and advanced tooling to maintain and enhance competitive advantage

Who You Are

• Strong proficiency in an object‑oriented programming language (technology agnostic), with low‑latency, distributed systems or performance‑critical development experience preferred
• Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, networking and computer architecture
• Experience designing scalable, high‑throughput systems and diagnosing performance bottlenecks
• Naturally curious problem solver with the ability to thrive in fast‑paced, intellectually demanding environments
