We are looking for an experienced Project Consultant to support a broad portfolio of strategic change initiatives across the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working across multiple business-critical projects with senior stakeholder exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting complex transformation and integration programmes
• Building and improving project governance and delivery frameworks
• Stakeholder management across operational, finance, and leadership teams
• Producing project reporting, MI, and data-led insights
• Identifying operational efficiencies, risks, and process improvements
• Supporting business change and embedding new ways of working

Candidate Qualifications

• Strong project/change management experience within financial services
• Experience working within matrix environments
• Exposure to business integration, transformation, or restructuring programmes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A hands-on, adaptable approach with strong analytical capability
