£70,000 – £75,000 + Performance Based Bonus + Vehicle or Allowance + Training + Progression to Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple civils and infrastructure projects within an hour and a half radius of the Hemel Hempstead office
• Produce and update project programmes and Risk Assessment & Method Statements (RAMS)
• Manage subcontractors, resources, and overall project delivery
• Maintain strong client relationships and lead meetings with clients and site teams
• Balance on-site and office work, taking ownership of projects from setup through to completion
• Explore long‑term progression opportunities, potentially advancing to Operations Manager

Qualifications

• Project Manager with civil engineering, infrastructure, or groundworks experience
• Demonstrated experience managing projects from cradle to grave
• Comfortable creating, updating, and producing programmes and RAMS
• CSCS card essential; SMSTS highly desired
• Commute to the office in Hemel Hempstead
