Job Title
Logistics Operator – Permanent (Belfast, Northern Ireland)
Work Conditions
Rotating shift pattern across a two‑week cycle, with early and late shifts, plus 12‑hour day and night shifts during peak periods. Shift allowance is included as part of the package.Primary location: Baileys Mallusk. Worker type: Regular.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklift, warehouse and packaging line equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and stock control.
- Support efficient material movement to meet key service and performance targets.
- Optimize stock levels and ensure high standards of safety, quality and compliance.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across the bottling hall and wider operation.
Qualifications
- Experience in fast‑paced FMCG or logistics environments.
- Valid forklift licence and comfort operating warehouse and production equipment.
- Strong awareness of safety and quality standards.
- Organised, detail‑focused and proficient at using systems such as SAP or similar.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a collaborative approach to planning teams, contractors and colleagues.
- Experience in food & drink, pharmaceuticals or warehouse operations is advantageous.
- Positive attitude and commitment to high standards every day.
