Head of Agentic AI – VML MAP, WPP
Job Overview
Lead the charge in translating agentic AI from experimental technology into scaled, outcome‑based transformation for enterprise clients. Work directly with C‑suite executives (CMOs, COOs, CIOs) to architect multi‑agent systems that redesign marketing, data, and operations, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Shape executive‑level strategy and vision, co‑creating long‑term marketing, data, and operations strategies with C‑suite clients.
- Define and orchestrate global AI transformation programs, steering multi‑million‑dollar, multi‑year agentic AI initiatives.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships within WPP Open and the VML ecosystem to secure resources and intellectual capital.
- Establish and validate outcome frameworks, measuring transformative business impact and refining approaches based on performance data.
- Act as a thought leader in agentic AI, influencing industry discourse, identifying emergent opportunities, and pushing boundaries of application.
Qualifications
- Visionary leadership with a proven track record of leading, scaling, and inspiring high‑performing AI/ML teams, ideally in a global or client‑facing consultancy.
- Deep agentic AI expertise—hands‑on experience with multi‑agent frameworks, LLMs, and tooling such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI.
- Exceptional client acumen; ability to engage senior‑level global clients and translate technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
- Strategic and commercial mindset; capability to deliver solutions generating tangible ROI.
- Robust technical background to guide sophisticated development efforts and uphold best practices across multi‑agent implementations.
