Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Newcastle upon Tyne. The Sales Consultant will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their needs, and present tailored products or services that address those needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales meetings and calls, delivering presentations, preparing proposals, and managing a personal sales pipeline. The role also involves maintaining regular follow-up with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and resolving inquiries or concerns in a timely manner. The Sales Consultant will collaborate with colleagues to share market insights, support team targets, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, focused on building trust, managing expectations, and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional presentation abilities.
  • Proven experience in a sales or client-facing role, ideally in a target-driven environment.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools and basic productivity software to manage leads, contacts, and reporting.
  • Ability to work on-site in Newcastle upon Tyne, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client opportunities simultaneously.
