Responsibilities
Carry out work on individual properties and communal areas as directed by the supervisor, including general repairs. Conduct pre‑ and post‑inspections, recording actions and outcomes. Assist with scheduling work and monitor your own expenditure, keeping accurate records while focusing on cost‑efficiency and providing value for money to customers. Supervise and train apprentices when appropriate and undertake training as directed by the supervisor. All work must be completed in compliance with Health & Safety guidelines and company policies.
A satisfactory Basic DBS check will be required.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in your trade
- Hold a valid driving licence
- Strong organisational skills for planning workloads and estimating supplies and time
- Positive attitude towards health and safety
- Good communication skills
- Ability to use a tablet or smartphone for recording activities, capturing images, and recording survey data
- Additional Level 2 qualification in a relevant trade (preferred)
