Role Overview

Senior player‑coach to lead a team of Deployment Strategists, own the largest accounts, and drive global expansion across Europe and the Americas. Direct line to the exec team with clear runway into broader leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Deployment Strategists while staying hands‑on with key accounts
• Drive global GTM across new regions and enterprise customer segments
• Architect and standardise the international deployment playbook from scratch
• Manage and grow the largest accounts
• Engage C‑suite stakeholders at companies up to 100,000 employees

Qualifications

• 5+ years in deployment, implementation or GTM leadership at a high‑growth B2B SaaS or deep‑tech company
• Ex‑founder or early‑stage operator mindset — highly agentic, built from scratch before
• Proven multi‑market rollout and complex enterprise account ownership
• Top‑tier commercial instincts and outstanding stakeholder management
• Willing to travel internationally
