Work is community-based and carried out in service users’ homes and local areas. A driving licence and access to a car is essential due to the nature of the role.

  • Providing clearly communicated guidance and encouragement to empower those you support.
  • Recording accurate written reports and updates to achieve improved outcomes.

  • Have the ability to empower and inspire confidence in others.
  • Have knowledge and understanding of safeguarding vulnerable adults.
  • Be motivated to grow and develop within a supportive environment.

Experience supporting adults with Autism or Learning Disabilities would be advantageous (personal or professional), but not essential — we provide full training and development.
