Greenjets looking for a Commercial Lead to drive business growth by leading bids, managing customer relationships and converting opportunities into long-term contracts.
What You’ll Do
- Qualify and manage new business opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end bid and proposal activity, including defence contracts and public tenders.
- Develop winning bid strategies and commercial propositions.
- Manage commercial negotiations and contract awards.
- Maintain customer relationships from pursuit through delivery and renewal.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and repeat business.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, programme and leadership teams to ensure successful delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in commercial, bid management or business development roles within aerospace, defence or another regulated sector.
- Proven success winning complex bids and tenders.
- Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of UK defence procurement is advantageous.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure.
