Senior Client Development Executive
London (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)
Up to £60,000 + excellent benefits
I’m currently partnering with a leading global law firm to recruit a Senior Client Development Executive to join their high-performing business development team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 3 years’ experience within client development, business development, or marketing in a professional services environment, who is looking to step into a broader, more strategic role within an international firm.
The Opportunity
You’ll play a key role in supporting senior stakeholders and driving client-focused initiatives across the firm. This position offers exposure to global markets, high-profile clients, and the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of client development and growth strategies
- Assisting with pitches, proposals, and client-facing materials
- Coordinating and contributing to strategic business development initiatives
- Working closely with partners and internal teams to enhance client relationships
- Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities to support growth
- Supporting client engagement activities, events, and campaigns
About You
- Circa 3 years’ experience in a client development / BD / marketing role (ideally within legal or professional services)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to work with senior individuals
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
