Location: London (hybrid, 2 days a week in office)
We’re looking for a confident, target-driven professional to secure landlord and property manager consent for communal meter room upgrades across residential buildings in the UK.
This is a high-volume, outcome-focused role where success is measured by conversations held, objections overcome, and consents secured. You’ll proactively engage decision-makers, build rapport quickly, and convert interest into signed approvals.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact landlords, property managers, and building owners
- Pitch the benefits of meter room upgrades and handle objections
- Secure consents and progress opportunities to completion
- Accurately log activity and outcomes in a CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets
About You
- Confident, persuasive communicator (phone-based)
- Motivated by targets, KPIs, and results
- Resilient and comfortable with rejection
- Organised with strong follow-up skills
- Experience in sales, property, or customer engagement preferred
