Job Title: Domestic Assistant

• Location: Sole Bay, Reydon, Southwold IP18 6GY
• Hours: 17:30 – 20:00
• Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
• Contract Type: Zero hours contract
• Licence/Certification: Driving licence (preferred)

About the Role

As a Domestic Assistant, you will be the cornerstone of cleanliness, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for patients, staff, and visitors. With meticulous attention to detail and strict adherence to infection control protocols, you’ll keep our facilities gleaming and pristine.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the infection control team to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of clinical areas, ensuring a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Communicate effectively with departmental staff, colleagues, line managers, and patients.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Capable of working to deadlines and under pressure.
• Experience in a domestic or similar role is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of COSSH and health and safety protocols.
