Spanish Teacher – UK and international Ref. PTBAR003

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Spanish Teacher to deliver high-quality language instruction to secondary school students. The successful candidate will support learners in developing confidence across speaking, listening, reading, and writing, while preparing them effectively for internal assessments and public examinations.

Salary: 40-60 GBP per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Spanish lessons aligned with the National Curriculum and exam board specifications
• Teach across GCSE, with the ability to support A-Level students where required
• Develop students’ fluency, pronunciation, grammar accuracy, and cultural understanding
• Prepare students for examinations through structured revision, speaking practice, and past paper work
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
• Differentiate lessons to support mixed-ability classes

Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Strong subject knowledge in Spanish language and Hispanic culture
• Familiarity with GCSE and A-Level exam boards (AQA, Edexcel, OCR, etc.)
• Passionate about language learning and student development
