Band 7 Intermediate Care/Hospital Pharmacist

You will be based mainly at Perry Trees intermediate care centre and will be working with a senior pharmacist and pharmacy technician to provide pharmaceutical care to the residents.

You will be working for a community trust which aims to be a great place to work. You will be able to take part in collaborative working with our other partners including primary care, acute trusts, and Birmingham City Council and see integrated care in action.
