Responsibilities

• Use AI-powered tools to automate and enhance the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), improving efficiency, productivity, and delivery speed.
• Design and recommend scalable, secure, and high-performance system solutions using artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based platforms.
• Implement and manage no-code and low-code automation workflows for CI/CD pipelines, software deployments, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless system integration, deployment, and release management.
• Monitor system performance using AI-driven analytics, monitoring platforms, and intelligent reporting tools to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide IT consulting services by assessing current systems, processes, and technologies to identify opportunities for AI-driven optimization.
• Guide the selection, implementation, and adoption of technologies, platforms, and AI tools that align with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging AI solutions, automation technologies, and digital innovations that create business value.
• Support the implementation of new AI-enabled systems and ensure successful integration with existing business and technology environments.
• Oversee website performance, content quality, user engagement, and overall digital experience using AI-powered analytics and personalization tools.
• Monitor website traffic, detect anomalies, identify security risks, and enhance digital protection using AI-based monitoring and insights.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, designers, and business teams to deliver functional, user-focused, and data-driven digital improvements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, systems, technical processes, automation procedures, and AI-driven operational activities.
• Ensure the ethical, transparent, and responsible use of artificial intelligence while maintaining compliance with governance, privacy, and security standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI trends, emerging technologies, automation tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve business and technology solutions.
