The Role
As a Project Manager – ServiceNow Now Assist (ITSM), you will lead end‑to‑end implementation of ServiceNow Now Assist solutions within enterprise ITSM environments. You will be responsible for delivering complex transformation programmes, driving stakeholder alignment, and ensuring successful deployment of AI‑enabled ServiceNow capabilities aligned with business objectives.
Your Profile
- Strong experience managing complex ServiceNow implementation projects in enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks, ideally ITIL.
- Experience delivering transformation programmes involving automation or AI‑driven capabilities.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business, technology, and leadership teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile, fast‑paced, and matrixed delivery environments.
- ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS‑ITSM, or Implementation Specialist.
- Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist, AI, or automation capabilities.
- Experience within regulated industries such as financial services.
