Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities and autism. Help service users enjoy a high quality of life by participating in activities they love, both at home and in the community.
- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and involved professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service.
- Provide respectful personal care and offer practical and emotional support; develop and maintain warm, trusting relationships with service users.
- Work flexibly across weekends and bank holidays, with both day and sleep-in shifts available.
Qualifications and Development
- Prior experience in this field is beneficial, but an engaging, creative, and person-centred approach is valued above all.
- Full training provided to all new team members; opportunity to work towards the QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
