Female Support Worker

£12.85 per hour

We are looking for a warm, caring, and motivated Support Worker to join our friendly staff team in Middlesbrough, Cleveland. As a Support Worker you will provide person‑centred care and support to service users who live in their own flat or bungalow, helping them participate in everyday life and a wide range of activities. You will demonstrate positive communication and engagement, unconditional positive regard, and a great sense of humour.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, administering medication, and helping with domestic tasks.
• Developing warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families.
• Working full time (37.5 hours) or part time (minimum 15 hours per week) flexibly – daytimes, evenings, weekends, bank holidays, and sleep‑ins.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; a passion for person‑centred care and support is essential.
• Positive communication and engagement skills.
• Unconditional positive regard for service users.
• Must be located in and eligible to work within the UK.
