What You Will Do

• Design and evolve robust backend architectures in Ruby on Rails to support a scaling healthcare platform and B2B ecosystem.
• Proactively break down ambiguous product problems into clear next steps, using drafts and spikes to create momentum.
• Collaborate across the full stack with Vue3/Nuxt frontend engineers to deliver modular, well-tested, and maintainable software.

The ideal candidate

• Possesses 5+ years of commercial backend experience with deep proficiency in Ruby on Rails and production systems architecture.
• Demonstrates a bias toward action and pragmatic decision-making, comfortable taking ownership of solutions rather than just raising issues.
