The Role: As part of the maintenance team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring plant availability and production efficiency through proactive maintenance and swift resolution of technical challenges. Perform planned preventive and reactive maintenance on state-of-the-art machinery Uphold health and safety standards, conducting risk assessments and implementing effective controls. Troubleshoot equipment issues, minimize downtime, and contribute to improvement projects. A strong engineering background (HNC, City & Guilds, or time-served apprenticeship) Proven experience in maintenance within a manufacturing setting, preferably in food production. A flexible approach and a collaborative, solution-focused mindset. Familiarity with SAP systems (desirable) Salary/Benefits £51,623 including shift allowance. Matched pension contributions up to 10%.
