Sensory Social Worker: Deaf/Blind & Vision Impairment

Manchester City Council is looking for a Sensory Social Worker to support adults with sensory loss, based at the Hulme District Office. This role involves person-centered assessments, co-producing care plans, and safeguarding vulnerable adults.
