Are you a commercially driven Group Sales Director with a proven track record of winning and developing major accounts within the KBB surfaces or worktops sector? This is a standout opportunity for a high-calibre Group Sales Director ready to take ownership of a national sales function and drive strategic growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver the UK sales strategy across major national accounts
  • Build and develop relationships with key retailers, distributors and buying groups
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within surfaces and worktops
  • Manage, mentor and drive performance of the sales team

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a similar Group Sales Director, Sales Director or senior commercial leadership position
  • Background within surfaces, worktops, KBB or aligned sectors
  • Proven success managing and winning major national accounts
  • Strong leadership, commercial and relationship-building skills
