You’ll take time to understand customer needs and guide them through our stunning showroom, demonstrating Magnet’s products and services. If you’re customer‑focused, happy working within a sales environment and eager to learn, we’ll provide all the training you’ll need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Creating a warm welcome for all customers visiting the showroom
• Inspiring customers as a result of excellent product knowledge
• Book and manage customer appointments
• Support Kitchen Sales Designers through the full customer journey
• Identify opportunities to contribute to store sales targets

Qualifications

• Are a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
• Sales driven and happy to contribute to showroom sales targets
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
• IT literate with strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, is key to supporting our customers and providing the best experience
