Overview
The Just Recruitment is recruiting for an Internal Salesperson for their client based in Braintree, Essex.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategically important customer accounts.
- Maintain strong client relationships, improve retention, identify upselling and referral opportunities, and ensure clear, consistent and commercially effective account management.
- Plan, prioritise, and manage multiple accounts while maintaining quality and attention to detail; implement a structured approach to meetings, follow-up actions, reporting, and new opportunity management.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, account management or business development with responsibility for high‑value or strategically important clients.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to balance relationship management with revenue delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills: influence stakeholders, build credibility, maintain productive working relationships at all levels, active listening, clear communication, and sound organisational skills.
- At least 2 years of B2B direct sales experience; experience in industrial or technical product sales preferred.
- Full driving licence (pool car provided after training and induction); office‑based role with occasional customer visits.
