Wage: $40.35/HR + weekly / monthly incentives
About the Role
Our client is seeking Industrial Maintenance Mechanics / Millwrights for their Harrow facility. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this is an excellent opportunity for experienced industrial maintenance professionals with strong mechanical, hydraulic, and troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing or light industrial environment. Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow and promote safe work practices by regulatory agencies and company policies (including LOTO, Arc Flash, and OSHA standards)
- Perform mechanical and hydraulic maintenance on all plant equipment, including industrial machinery, mechanical drives, and power systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical drives and manufacturing equipment
- Weld, cut, and fabricate parts for equipment installations
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment
- Document work performed and prepare reports as required
- Update and close work orders in SAP, ensuring accurate parts tracking
- Available to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Maintain regular, full-time onsite attendance
Requirements
- Valid Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (433A) License or 4th year apprentice with hours achieved
- High School Diploma
- 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Certified Welder (Plate, 3G, or other certifications preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical diagrams
- Ability to work at elevated heights and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
