Finance Business Partner (9-12m) Cost & FP&A Focus

JSS Search Limited is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join a large brand in Aylesbury on a fixed-term contract lasting 9-12 months. Candidates must be immediately available and will play a key role in financial performance improvement within the organization.

The role requires preparing monthly reports, discussing cost performance with managers, and reconciling balance sheet accounts. Candidates must be Part Qualified, Finalist, or Qualified Accountants with strong Excel skills.

This position offers a hybrid working model, requiring three days a week in the office.
