Van Driver (3.5t) – Severn Beach

Location: Severn Beach

We’re recruiting Van Delivery Drivers for a well‑established client based in Severn Beach. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for long‑term, stable work.

Permanent salary £28k + benefits + OT + Bonus OTE £30k++. Successful candidates may also be offered the chance to gain their 7.5t licence, CPC, and tacho card – fully funded on their training scheme!

Shifts & Pay

Start time: 07:00 am – finish (job & knock)

Shift pattern: 5 days on, 3 days off (rolling rota)

Pay rates: £13.62 ph. OT x1.5 £20.62

Progression: Once qualified, 7.5t drivers earn around £34 000 + benefits + 30 days holiday.

What You’ll Do

• Work as part of a 2‑person crew (driver + mate)
• Deliver household goods to customer homes (including to room of choice)
• Some heavy lifting involved
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately
• Provide excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 months’ van driving experience
• Maximum 6 penalty points (no DR, DD, TT or IN10)
• Ability to pass a DBS check and drug & alcohol test (arranged by us)
• Flexible approach – finish times may vary
• Strong communication & customer service skills
