We’re looking for Sales Assistants with an eye for visual merchandising to join our Zara Liverpool team.
This is an exciting opportunity to attend an in-store assessment, where successful candidates will join as Sales Assistants, with the opportunity to develop towards a Visual role as you grow.
About the Role
As a Sales Assistant at Zara, you are at the heart of the store experience — supporting customers, keeping the shopfloor looking its best, and helping deliver a fast, efficient and inspiring environment.
You’ll work in a dynamic, high-energy setting, handling stock, supporting customers, and maintaining strong visual standards that reflect the Zara brand.
This role is a great fit for someone who is hands-on, adaptable, customer-focused, and passionate about fashion, product presentation and store visuals.
What You’ll Do
Customer Experience
- Deliver friendly, efficient service — even during busy periods
- Support customers with product queries and styling inspiration
- Help create a welcoming, on-brand store environment
Shopfloor & Visual Standards
- Maintain high standards of product presentation, layout and visual impact
- Support visual merchandising routines on the shopfloor
- Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing at all times
- Replenish product to maintain availability and strong displays
Operations & Stock
- Process deliveries and manage stock efficiently
- Keep stockroom areas organised and safe
- Use store technology for stock checks and product support
What We’re Looking For
