About the Role
The Director, Corporate Strategy will play a key role in leading strategic programs, collaborating with stakeholders across TKO to develop initiatives that add value to the company and its partners. The successful candidate will work closely with TKO’s central teams—such as TKO Analytics—business unit teams like IMG and On Location, and external partners to create actionable programs that deliver results.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage a range of strategy and business development projects.
- Develop business cases for new products or partnerships, using a strong analytical approach.
- Create financial models to quickly identify, size, and scope profitable new business or market opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to lead cross‑functional initiatives, leveraging TKO expertise.
- Bring innovative thinking to solve TKO’s challenges, developing new insights and approaches.
- Manage a team of highly skilled staff, providing mentorship and guidance for professional growth.
- Anticipate and monitor trends in the media and entertainment space to solve key business issues for TKO and its properties.
- Use commercial acumen to understand the shifting landscape and identify how TKO can outperform competitors.
Qualifications
- Experience in strategy consulting at a leading firm, or experience in investment banking, private equity, or venture capital.
- Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills.
- Ideally experience in a Corporate Strategy function within sports, entertainment, broadcasting, or streaming.
- Experience developing business cases to support business development investments.

- Strong commercial acumen and growth mindset, ability to create high‑performance standards and drive innovation.
- Excellent strategic thinking and project management skills.

- MBA preferred.
