Key Responsibilities
- Administer a complex range of funds, management companies & associated fund structures, liaise with clients & intermediaries
- Co-ordinate all company secretarial matters
- Process & co-ordinate routine & complex fund operations
- Ensure accurate investor records are maintained, process all investor changes / transfers
- Prepare manual & electronic payment instructions
- Ensure staff are trained on electronic banking systems
- Ensure regulatory & statutory fillings are made
- Manage the accounts distribution & filing process
- Act as a mentor to junior staff under the supervision of senior staff
Skills, Knowledge, Expertise
- Expected to be studying towards a relevant professional qualification (preferably CGI)
- Relevant experience in a financial services setting. Experience in the Funds industry preferred
