As our operations continue to expand, we’re looking for a proactive Daily Operations Coordinator to help keep our teams running smoothly and ensure our clients receive the exceptional service we’re known for.

What You’ll Do

  • Schedule and coordinate cleaning teams across multiple client sites
  • Maintain accurate rotas and ensure staffing levels meet service requirements
  • Monitor labour usage and support cost‑effective delivery
  • Act as a key point of contact for supervisors, staff, and management
  • Keep records up to date and provide basic reporting on resource use
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and general HR‑related tasks
  • Help improve planning processes and operational efficiency

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage changing demands
  • Confident producing clear written documentation and reports
  • Self‑motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently
