Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a Design & Technology Teacher to join a successful secondary school in St Helens from September until Christmas 2026.

The Design & Technology department is well‑resourced and plays an important role within the wider curriculum.
The successful candidate will specialise in Resistant Materials and Product Design, teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4.
The successful applicant will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching Design & Technology
- Specialise in Resistant Materials and Product Design
- Be confident delivering practical lessons safely and effectively
- Be committed to high‑quality teaching and learning
The role offers:
- September 2026 start
- Fixed‑term until Christmas 2026
- Pay between 168.80 and 232.56 per day, depending on experience and scale point
- Supportive department and leadership team
