What You’ll Be Doing:
- Customer Interaction: Be the friendly face and voice of the store – handling enquiries in person and over the phone with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Sales‑Focused Support: Convert leads, upsell services, and meet team sales targets through excellent product knowledge and rapport building.
- Day‑to‑Day Operations: Keep the store clean, organised, and customer‑ready.
- Admin Tasks: Process contracts, manage account queries, and ensure paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Adaptability: No two days are the same – so bring your multitasking A‑game!
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in a customer service, sales, or admin role
- A confident communicator with a great telephone manner
- Comfortable using MS Office and general IT systems
- A proactive self‑starter who works well in a close‑knit team
- Organised, reliable, and ready to take ownership of tasks

Your Weekly Schedule (on a 4‑week rota):
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8‑hour shifts between 8am–6pm
- Thursday: 8‑hour shift between 8am–8pm
- Saturday: 9am–6pm
- Sunday: 10am–4pm
