The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plant & Vehicle Marshal to join a busy construction site in Wendover (HP22 6EW). This is a great opportunity for ongoing work on a well‑managed project with a professional site team.

Key Responsibilities

• Directing plant and vehicle movements safely on site
• Banking vehicles and guiding deliveries
• Ensuring pedestrian safety at all times
• Communicating clearly with operators and drivers
• Maintaining site safety and following procedures
• Supporting general site operations where required

Requirements

• Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Banksman ticket (essential)
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong awareness of health & safety
• Reliable and hardworking
• Own PPE
